Do you have your own factory? Or is it just a trading company?

We are a silicone manufacturing company with our own manufacturing base. We also have a trading department.

Do your factories have certificates?

Yes, our factory’s certifications include but are not limited to ISO:9001, ISO:13485, FDA, SEDEX, BSCI, etc. Our product certifications and audit reports include UL, CPC, CE, LFGB, FDA, COC, etc.

What kind of silicone products does your factory make?

Consumer silicone products, industrial (electronic/automotive) silicone parts, and medical silicone products. In fact, our customers come from various industries.

Where is your factory?

Our corporate headquarters is located in Xiamen, China, and our factory is also located there. It is a beautiful city. We are here to serve our customers from all over the world.

Which manufacturing process does your factory use? Does it support injection molding?

Yes, we support injection molding, we are equipped with large automatic injection molding machines to meet customers’ needs. In addition, we are also able to support compression molding (transfer molding), extrusion molding, and over-molding.

What is the capacity of your factory？

The average capacity of the factory is 500k-1000k per month. Capacity will vary depending on the size and complexity of the product.

What is the raw material of your silicone? What is the quality?

The high-quality silicone materials we offer can be divided into liquid silicone and solid silicone.

We can also add vulcanizing agents (platinum) to change the properties of the material (Shore hardness) according to the different needs of our customers.

Do you offer customization services?

Yes, we provide one-stop customization service, if you want to customize silicone products, we are definitely the best choice for you.

What do I need to provide about customization?

You just need to provide a specific product idea. It would be nice to have drawings.

I only have one idea, can you help me realize it?

Of course. We’ll have a team of professional designers and engineers to help you.

Can the packaging of the product be customized?

Yes, packaging can be customized, we had printing paper boxes, blisters, opp bag packaging, etc.

If you have special packaging design needs, we can do it for you.

Can you print my logo on the product?

certainly. We support screen printing, heat transfer printing, laser printing, embossed/debossed, and other common printing methods. All you need to do is provide the logo pattern and we’ll make it happen for you.

Can I customize the product color as I want?

Of course you can, you just need to provide the corresponding color number (Pantone). Or discuss other possibilities with our designers. In addition, we have the technology to mix colors, so if you need it, we will be happy to help you.

Do I need to charge mold fee for custom products? How is it calculated?

Yes, for new customized products, we need to charge a certain mold fee to advance the production. The mold fee needs to be calculated according to your product and mold material. We will maintain your molds regularly.

Once we create your mold, you can use it for as long as you want, at no cost as long as you keep the same design.

How do you protect my design? Support NDA?

Yes, we protect your product design by signing an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) with you.

All your designs, samples, and molds will be strictly protected by us.

Do you provide free samples?

Yes, we provide samples for products that are in stock. But you need to pay for the shipping cost and tax.

For the finished prototype, we charge a reasonable sample fee, but it will be refunded to you during the mass production stage.

Can you ship to an Amazon warehouse?

Yes, we can ship to Amazon’s warehouse for you. We can put your FBA label on the carton and the barcode sticker on the box.

How do you ship? What logistics methods are used？

For small orders or samples, we usually use air freight and express delivery. Specific logistics include FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc.

For larger quantity orders, sea and air freight are preferred. Of course, we can also arrange it according to your requirements.

What countries can you support serving?

We serve most countries around the world.

Is there a minimum order quantity required? What is it?

Yes, all buyers must meet the “minimum order quantity” requirement to cover production costs. It may be 1 unit, 1000 units, or more, depending on the cost of each product.

Do you have after-sales service?

Once you place an order with us, our professional staff will track your order and you can always be updated with the latest production and logistics progress.

After the product is delivered, if you encounter any problem you are welcome to give us feedback and we will come to solve it at the first time.
